1. Seller Identification
This website is accessible at the internet address shop.asafavidan.com, and is published by Shopify.
The customer service of BEST OF BOTH WORLDS can be reached at the contact details above.
2. General provisions relating to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs".
2.1 Purpose of the T&Cs:
The T&Cs apply exclusively to the online sale of products by BEST OF BOTH WORLDS SARL on its sole commercial website shop.asafavidan.com. They are written in French, and in case of doubt about the interpretation of a possible translation, only the original French version shall prevail.
They constitute, together with the order form validated by the consumer, the contractual documents binding on the parties.
2.2 Scope of application of the T&Cs
The T&Cs exclusively govern online sales contracts of BEST OF BOTH WORLDS SARL products (hereinafter, "the seller") to buyers who qualify as consumers (hereinafter, "the consumers").
Together with the order confirmation email, they constitute the sole contractual document. Under no circumstances can they prevent the exercise of the consumer's right of withdrawal.
2.3 Availability and enforceability of the T&Cs
The T&Cs are made available to consumers on the website shop.asafavidan.com.
The consumer acknowledges having accepted the entire T&Cs without reservation by validating the payment.
The validation of the order by confirmation constitutes the buyer's adhesion to the T&Cs in force on the day of the order. The seller ensures the storage and reproduction of the T&Cs in accordance with Article 1127-1 of the French Civil Code.
2.4 Modification of the T&Cs
The seller reserves the right to modify all or part of the T&Cs at any time, without prior notice and without any compensation to the consumer.
In case of modification of the T&Cs, the applicable T&Cs are those in force on the day of the order.
2.5 Severability clause
The possible nullity of one clause of the T&Cs does not entail the nullity of the entire T&Cs; only the clause deemed unwritten loses its effect.
The temporary or definitive inapplicability of one or more provisions of the T&Cs by the seller does not constitute a waiver of the other provisions, which continue to produce their effects.
3. Products
3.1 Characteristics
Consumers may request additional information about a product by contacting the seller's customer service.
Each product offered for sale on the site has a description mentioning its essential characteristics, in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code.
If an order is placed without certain information about a product, the consumer is deemed to accept the product as it will be delivered.
Differences may exist, notably but not exhaustively, in terms of actual color, material, and finishing (closures, buttons, seams, etc.). The consumer cannot claim reimbursement or exchange for slight modifications.
Product information is provided subject to typographical errors.

4.2 Price modification
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice, up or down.
In case of price change after order placement, the price applicable is that on the day the order was placed.
